This trend forecasting short course uses a mix of lectures, research and field trips to explore the history of fashion trends and the techniques behind spotting key looks.
During the course you 'll visit a fashion/art exhibition and look through archives of fashion images, learning how to use a range of primary sources and digital tools to collect information surrounding trends and popular culture.
There will also be visits to some of Phnom Penh 's most noticable stores to analyse visual merchandising, the power of the consumer and its impact on building brands. You'll also explore the city 's most interesting fashion hotspots, including Soho and East London, to observe real and current trends in the most fashionable and influential areas of Phnom Penh.
